The Hayman Cup!
This system will increase competition within the school as well as making the lower grade teams play harder. Every game your team wins, your team scores 2 points and 1 point for every draw. However if you are in A’s or B’s + 1sts or 2nds, you will receive 4 points a win, 1 point for a draw. No points will be lost if you lose, in fact you will be rewarded when your team wins by heaps. When you win by over 20 points which may be common in the lower grade teams, the bonus points system comes into place! For example when you beat Newington one week 42 – 20, you score 2 points for the win and an additional ‘X’ amount of points depending on what team you are.
The following table shows how many bonus points you score when you win by over 20 points in addition to the 2 points depending on your team:
All A’s and B’s + 1sts and 2nds will receive 4 points a win, 1 point for a draw

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The allocation of points is decided entirely by the managers of the Hayman Cup and Shootin’ hoops based upon information supplied to them. Any dissatisfaction at mistakes made due to incorrect submission of scores by teachers and coaches, cannot be disputed.
2. The prize/prizes will be decided by the managers of the Hayman cup and cannot be disputed or exchanged for anything else. If the winning team or teams do not want their prize, it will be the decision of the managers whether the prize will be allocated to another team.
3. Bonus points may be changed for fairness if the managers decide to choose to at any point in time.
4. Recording of the points will be done by the managers and they will not be responsible to immediately correct mistakes.
5. The value of the prize or content of prize may change due to economic reasons.
6. Additional features may be added into the Hayman Cup by the managers at their own discretion.
7. Terms and conditions are permitted to be changed and added by the managers at their own discretion.
