Sririam Srikumar
In 2009, Sriram will third year of his Bachelor of Economics at the University of Sydney and after 6 years of various high school competitions, 2 years of University tournaments, lost Friday nights, and hours of extra research homework he still seeks to stay involved in the Debating world.
While this may seem like a noble love, the truth is that the debating world has given him a lot. Employment aside, Sriram has debating to thank for various subsidised trips to Darwin, Queensland, Thailand, Malaysia, Phillippines, Wales and London in the name of attending tournaments.
Despite the thrill of oratory competition being considerable, it doesn’t seem enough for him. He recently made the (self-confessedly foolish) decision to join the Army Reserves and is currently undergoing assessment to enter the Officer training course. He prays for his safety.

Congratulations to our GPS winning team making it 3 years in a row in the Karl Cramp Trophy. High has now won this NSW debating event in 5 of the past 7 years.
