Regarding COVID-19, the SRC is planning to place more automatic hand sanitizing stations around the school for students’ use. The specific locations are yet to be decided, most likely around the libraries and possibly canteen.
If the 2020 Olympics actually occur, the games will potentially be streamed in 901 for students.
The SRC is also in the process of putting up a google forum on the student portal for anyone to give in suggestions about what changes they might like to see at SBHS.

The majority have voted yes in the school headband survey. The SRC is now working with the high store to bring this into sports uniform as soon as possible.
Concerning the sports headband ballot, the majority has voted yes for the headband, with 630 votes for yes and 350 votes for no. The SRC are leaning towards a sky blue headband with the letters HIGH.
There will also shortly be a ballot up on the portal regarding the roller bags. This is for the SRC to collect some data and numbers, before implementing/not implementing any change. Please answer honestly!
After being requested, we have now put up a poll to see if there is any interest in having school sport headbands. We encourage everyone to vote in this ballot. These headbands will NOT be a part of school uniform but can be used during sport trainings or matches.
Thank you to everyone for coming last Friday to the AAGPS Swimming Carnival! Everybody is encouraged to come to the AAGPS athletics carnival, which will be held later this year.
